Principle

Operation Manual

⒈ Installation and Operation

ⅠPreparation before Installation

1. Open the packing case upwards

２.Choose the right electrical source(110V/ 220V)

3. Choose a stable operation platform

ⅡInstallation

1. Fix the oxygen bottle to the corresponding place with the air nib forth.

2. Connect the high-pressure end of the air tube to the air nib of the oxygen bottle, and the other end to the oxygen veil.

3. Fix the spray gun and the oxygen infusion gun into the port of the high-pressure end of air tube and clockwise screw tightly.

4. Connect the power line to the faucet at the back of the device.

5. Plug in, and wait for 2 minutes.

6. Flow meter adjustment: spray oxygen to the highest (about 5), and inhale oxygen should be under 3.

7. Screw the adjust knob at the back of spray gun and oxygen infusion gun to change the intensity.

Ⅲ Oxygen infusion operation

At first, judge whether the customer is suit to have the treatment. (Taboo: sensitive to the nurture; wound; recover period after operation; inflammation or other lesion; acute patient; other disputed cases)  

1. clean the face

2. massage and remove cutin

3. Mix the nurture (essential or milk) to the needed concentration (unusually 3:1). High concentration nurture should dilute by 5:1 or higher to avoid blocking the spray gun. Make the well mixed essential absorbed into the cup of the spray gun, and make the lid covered. 

4. Plug in, and wait for 2 minutes.

5. Make the eyes of the customer closed. Put the spray gun stick to the skin gently and then press the button and draw back slightly to spray the nurture out. Start from the mandible and move upside. A suspend after 2 second’s spraying. Only oxygen out with no nurture by only press the button, needn’t draw back slight, which can help dry the nurture on the skin and help the skin absorb sufficiently.

6. Repeat for several times at the speckle or black eye part. The whole treatment will take about 15 minutes.

7. After spraying, massage 10 minutes.

Process of Oxygen Infusion under high pressure

1.  Turn on the machine and wait for 2 minutes.

2.  Hold up the spray gun to press close to the skin. Press on the control button for 2 seconds and then stop. Repeat the operation in this way.

3.  Affected skin usually can be treated 3 to 5 times.

Process of Aromatizing Oxygen Inhalation 

１.  Screw the gas bottle with some distilled water (which is to humidify the oxygen) into the corresponding port.

２.  Fix the oxygen pipe with the gas bottle, and stick the oxygen inhalator in the veil.

3.  Plug in.

4.  Press the switch “ON”.

5.  Wait for 2 minutes to have the machine warmed up.

6.  Adjust the flow meter to 3 below

7.   Wear the veil and breathe the oxygen about 15 minutes.

8.  Then massage 10 minutes.

NOTE

１． The device should not put upside-down or slanted for long time.

２． Before Oxygen Infusion we should ask whether the customer is sensitive to the treating nurture.

３． Spray gun should touch the skin too tightly. The most comfortable is the best.

４． During the process of Oxygen Infusion, customer’s eyes should be well protected from the treating nurture.

５． Spray gun should be cleaned after each treatment (see the maintenance of the spraying handle).

Spray gun—operation and maintenance

----Spray gun is a kind of delicate beauty tool, so it should be maintained carefully. There are some tips below.

Structure of spray gun

A.How to use

----Dilute the solvent to the needed concentration. First, use the stick to mix the solvent in the essential bottle. Usually dilute the solvent abide by the proportion2:1 to 3:1. High concentration solvent should abide by high proportion to dilute. 

 ----Put the well mixed solvent into the cup, and then connected to the device. Press the button and then draw back slightly to spray. 

B,how to maintain
----Clean after each operation. Add a little solvent (pure water or alcohol) into the liquid cup. Block the needle cover with paper handkerchief, and then press the button and draw back slightly. Air bubbles appear because of the air circumfluence. Then spray the solvent out and clean the cup with the handkerchief. Repeat for several times. 

---- Screw the back cannula down and untighten the needle nut. Draw out the needle carefully, and clean it with tampon with solvent. Then screw down the needle cover and air nozzle to clean with solvent.

Put the spray needle back to the spray gun. Be careful when the needle is through the nozzle. Push it on gently otherwise the nozzle would be forced large. Screw the needle nut tightly and then the back cannula. Fix the air nozzle and needle cover (take care not to curve the needle). 

----NOTE: Don’t put the whole spray gun in the solvent. Not all parts of the spray gun could touch the solvent. 

   C,tips for some problems
   1.  If you could not draw back the button

Reason:

Last cleaning solvent did not expelled fully from the spray gun and the needle is stick down.

Resolution:

        Screw down the back cannula, un-tighten the needle nut and pull it out. If it is stick too tight, wrap the needle with paper and use the pliers to pull it out. Clean the needle with solvent and put it back.

2. Spraying is not coherent and sometimes no liquid out. Du-du noisy

Check:

    Whether the nozzle become flexible or not connected with the gun body tightly. Press the button but not draw it back. If bubbles appear in the liquid cup, then screw the nozzle to the gun body tightly but gently, otherwise the nozzle will be damaged. 

     Whether the airflow is coherent and whether the pressure is enough. 

     Whether the spray nozzle is blocked by something. Clean it with solvent.

3. The spraying nozzle should not remove down and clean occasionally. But if it is blocked, we have to clean it with solvent. Screw it down by the wrench, and then use the thin paper bar to clear it. Or we may put it in a bottle with solvent; shake it to have the leavings out.

4. The solvent must be diluted to the request concentration with no grain to protect the spraying nozzle from being blocked.
